If you are reading this, you must be thinking about selling your home on your own as a For Sale by Owner.  From a seller standpoint it may be a stressful process for you, but you will definitely save money by doing a FSBO. From a broker standpoint it is a huge liability for both you and I to do a FSBO.   Therefore, I include the documentation/paperwork part of the process a requirement included in my flat rate to help with litigation prevention.

Real Estate For Sale Sign

Seller is responsible to provide their own For Sale sign if you wish to have one. 

Extensive Social Media Marketing

Seller to pay for paid ads if they wish.

Open Houses/Broker Preview

Although I will input the Open Houses/Broker preview into the MLS and/or internet
I will not physically sit the open house/broker preiview or provide the signage.

Buyer Showings/Inspections

Seller is responsible for all buyer showings, and appointments, I will not attend any showings or inspections. 

Buyer Broker/Salesperson Costs

If buyer has representation, seller to negotiate with buyer agent directly on buyer agent
commissions/compensation.
