From a seller standpoint it may be a stressful process for you, but you will definitely save money by doing a FSBO. From a broker standpoint it is a huge liability for both you and I to do a FSBO. Therefore, I include the documentation/paperwork part of the process a requirement included in my flat rate to help with litigation prevention.

Although I will input the Open Houses/Broker preview into the MLS and/or internet
I will not physically sit the open house/broker preiview or provide the signage.
Buyer Showings/Inspections
Buyer Broker/Salesperson Costs
If buyer has representation, seller to negotiate with buyer agent directly on buyer agent
commissions/compensation.
